Faustball is a racquetball game in which two teams face each other on two half courts, similar to volleyball . They are separated by a center line and a net-like band stretched between two posts at a height of up to two meters, depending on the age group. Neither a player nor the ball may touch the ribbon and the post; this counts as an error.

Each team consists of five players who try to play a ball with their arm or fist out of the opponent's reach into the other half field.
